Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AssetOrganize app and website (the “Service”), provided by Asset Organize Winsnes (“AssetOrganize”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

AssetOrganize is a tool that helps you organize and securely store important assets, documents, financial information, emergency instructions and related information, and choose who may access it. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information and files you add to AssetOrganize (“Your Content”). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, store, process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the people you authorize. You are responsible for having the right to store and share Your Content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
• Misuse access that others have granted you.

Sharing and access

The Service lets you invite trusted people and assign them roles and access levels. You are responsible for who you invite and for the access you grant. We are not responsible for how people you authorize use the access you give them.

Not legal or financial advice

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, and we will make reasonable efforts to give notice of significant changes where practical.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of information that is critical to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asset Organize Winsnes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Norway shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
