What is AssetOrganize?
AssetOrganize is a secure app that helps individuals and families organize the important information their loved ones may need in the future. That means legal documents, financial details, insurance, assets, digital accounts and emergency instructions, and you decide who can access each part.
Who is AssetOrganize for?
It is for anyone who wants to plan ahead: individuals organizing their own affairs, couples and families preparing together, and people acting as an executor or trusted contact for someone else.
How is my information protected?
Supported documents are encrypted on your device before they are stored, your account can be protected with two-factor authentication, and role-based access means you decide exactly who can see each part of your information.
Who can see my information?
Only you and the people you explicitly invite. You assign each person a role, such as co-owner, executor or trusted contact, and you control what that role is allowed to see.
What is Family Access?
Family Access lets you bring the people you trust into your account, such as a partner, an executor or a family member. You invite them, you choose their role, and that role decides what they can open. Nothing is shared with anyone until you invite them.
If I invite someone, can they see everything?
No. An invitation is not a master key. Each person gets the role you give them, and that role decides what they can open. A trusted contact does not see what a co-owner sees. You stay the owner: you set the access, you can change it, and you decide what happens to it later.
Is Family Access included in the Free plan?
No. The Free plan is for organizing your own information; inviting other people needs a paid plan. You can still open the Family Access section and see how invitations and roles work before you decide. When you try to send one, we show you what upgrading costs.
Why is Family Access a paid feature?
Because it is the part that involves other people. Invitations, roles, permissions and the rules about who can reach what, and when, are what turn one person's records into something a family can use together. Organizing your own information stays free for as long as you want.
Is Emergency Access available on the Free plan?
No. You can open the Emergency Access section and read what it does on a Free account, but setting it up needs a paid plan. It is shown rather than hidden on purpose, because it is easier to judge whether something is worth paying for when you can see what it actually does.
What happens when I open a feature my plan does not include?
We explain what the feature is for and what a paid plan costs, and that is all. Nothing is switched on and nothing is charged. Saying no leaves your Free account exactly as it was, and you can go back and look again whenever you like.
Will my Free account expire if I do not upgrade?
No. Free is not a trial. There is no seven-day, fourteen-day or thirty-day countdown, and nothing stops working after a while. You can stay on the Free plan indefinitely, and you are only charged if you choose a paid plan and confirm it yourself.
What does AssetOrganize cost?
There is a Free plan at $0 that you can keep for as long as you like. Family is $119.99 per year, which works out at about $10 a month and saves roughly 23%. If you prefer to pay monthly it is $12.99 per month. Lifetime is a single payment of $499 with no recurring billing. You upgrade when you want the additional functionality in a paid plan.
What is the difference between Family Monthly and Family Annual?
Only the billing period and the price. Both give you exactly the same features and permissions. Annual costs $119.99 per year, which works out at about $10 a month and saves around 23% compared with paying $12.99 monthly for a year.
How do I cancel a paid plan?
Family Monthly renews every month and Family Annual renews every 12 months, and you can cancel either at any time. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you manage and cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account returns to the Free plan. Your stored information is not deleted. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment and never renews.

AssetOrganize is being released as mobile apps for iOS and Android. Store links will appear here as soon as each app is publicly available.
Which languages does AssetOrganize support?
AssetOrganize is available in six languages: English, Norwegian, German, French, Spanish and Chinese.
